+ **Set BI & Data Engineering Strategy and Direction**
+ Define and own the integrated BI and Data Engineering strategy for MSO, ensuring alignment between data ingestion, transformation, and dashboard consumption.

+ Establish long‑term roadmaps for MSO’s data backbone and BI products, balancing scale, reliability, flexibility, and speed.
+ Act as the senior authority on data‑to‑decision enablement, ensuring outputs are not only technically correct but business‑relevant and decision‑ready.
+ **Lead BI Delivery, Design, and Business Translation**
+ Oversee BI delivery across MSO (e.g., ELL, Media Goals, HCP/DTC Trackers, Web and Competitive Intelligence dashboards).
