Shall use, maintain, and update a Sustainment Management System (SMS), currently BUILDER, capable of batch filing and producing reports that meet the requirements of this PWS. BUILDER is a web-based software application to help civil engineers, technicians, and managers decide when, where, and how to best maintain building infrastructure. The candidate shall manage and administer functions of the BUILDER SMS database to ensure optimum access and usage of the database, and to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and currency of the data. The candidate shall input and provide quality assurance of all necessary database entries in conjunction with other squadron flights.
