Opportunity Description
Brandt is seeking a Division Manager based in Red Deer, AB to lead agricultural operations in Central Alberta. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing team talent, and effectively managing resources.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will take the helm of key branches, ensuring both profitability and employee engagement are at the forefront of operations. This position demands a proactive approach to financial goals, market share expansion, and fostering a thriving work culture across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute budgets for agriculture branches
• Drive sales and profitability across all divisions
• Lead and mentor employees for optimal performance and growth
• Establish KPIs and assess management performance
• Oversee accounts receivable alongside the credit services director
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in the agriculture sector; 5 years in management
