What You'll Be Doing

As the Central Excess Lead, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of Avon’s excess inventory, transforming how it is managed across markets. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify the root causes of excess, prevent it from occurring, and drive effective solutions when it does.
