Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee entire Centre operations and manage the team effectively. Handle walk-ins, conversions, and admissions. Act as the single point of contact for parents and internal teams. Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance. Manage Profit & Loss of the Centre. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and parent engagement. Implement processes and strategies to maintain operational efficiency.
