BGC Group is looking for a Customer Service Officer located in Singapore to provide support in professional accreditation and education tasks. This role requires assisting with certification applications and handling inquiries both via email and phone.
The ideal candidate is organized, a problem-solver, and effective in communication. Working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Salary is up to $3,600 monthly depending on qualification.
