Certified Medication Aide

SUMMARY: Ensure that routine nursing care is provided based on resident’s general service and health service plan as developed by the Assisted Living Coordinator. Responsible in the administration of medications and treatment in the Assisted Living Facility in accordance to current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as required by the Assisted Living Coordinator to ensure that the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.



Job responsibilities & Functions:




+ Administer medications and treatment in accordance to the New Jersey Department of Health regulations, Actors Fund policies and procedures and as delegated by the Assisted Living Coordinator. Complete and maintain all required facility records such as logs, MAR, TAR, communication books and etc.
