Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PACE

**Schedule** : 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift



Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
