- Position: Senior Trainer
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Trainer with a strong background in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and relevant approvals to join our team. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Qualifications- Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field .
- ADNOC-approved HSE Trainer – mandatory .
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE training within oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors .
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice, HSEMS, and UAE regulatory requirements .
- Proven experience managing and supervising training teams and site supervisors .
- Excellent knowledge of HSE documentation, approvals, and reporting .
