Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate intensively with Customer Centers (CCs) to identify customer needs, define the potential for CES and Midlife business, and work towards achieving set business targets.
Engage directly with customers to understand demands and translate those needs into tailored technical solutions.
Effectively manage the workflow of Pre-MO and MO projects ensuring that the appropriate resources are engaged and deliverables are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including PSD engineers, Capital R&D, planners, sourcing teams, and others to provide comprehensive technical solutions, accurate pricing, and reliable lead-time estimations.
Lead and continuously enhance the On-Time Delivery (OTD) process by developing dashboards to monitor MO progress, organizing meetings to address outstanding issues, and proactively coordinating with all relevant procedures such as planning, warehouse operations, and log...
