Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop an Operational Plan for the Chamber Unit in collaboration with the Senior Manager: Stakeholder Relations & Chambers.
- Provide team with clear performance standards, job profiles and development plans.
- Monitor progress to ensure successful implementation of plans and achievement of targets.
- Ensure that the different systems and work processes in the allocated work areas are integrated and working properly.
- Set up meeting where relevant to discuss future improvements.
- Produce progress and information reports according to requirements
- Manage the communication flow between the team members, internal clients as well as external service providers.
