The Senior Change Management Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end change management for enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are adopted, sustained, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on the people side of change—readiness, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement—while partnering closely with program and project teams to integrate change activities into delivery plans.
