+ 了解市场动态，洞察农户需求，基于作物区的策略，制订所负责区域内销售执行计划，并按期达成，确保业务健康可持续增长；
+ 开发并维护所负责区域核心县级经销商，提高市场份额；
+ 带领团队建立及维护终端星伙伴/经销商伙伴关系，维护核心星伙伴的品牌形象、陈列和标准化运营；
+ 带领团队开展高效市场营销活动，为核心市场的专业农户提供服务；
+ 确保所有销售活动符合公司内部政策、外部法规以及公司核心价值观。
