ROLE SUMMARY
The Channel Sales Manager – SEA is responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on developing, managing, and enabling channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators, and CIT partners) to expand Glory’s market presence, achieve sales targets, and deliver consistent customer value across the region.
The ideal candidate will have strong channel management experience, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural and market environments
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the Southeast Asia channel sales strategy
- Recruit, manage, and grow distributor and partner networks across SEA
- Drive revenue, pipeline growth, and partner performance against targets
- Enable partners through training, joint sales activities, and deal support
