CHANNELS ONBOARDING ASSOCIATE- BAGUIO

The Channels Onboarding Associate is primarily responsible for promoting and onboarding clients to the Bank’s Digital Channels (mainly VYBE and BPI branded features) via interaction with clients in branches, payroll releases, caravans, and other events.

One of Onboarding Associate's key role is outsource caravans or events to help increase VYBE's enrollment and usage.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve personal enrollment targets on VYBE when assigned in branches, caravans, and customer events that are initiated by DCG Marketing or his/her own caravan.
• Educates clients on features and benefits of VYBE.
• Outsource caravans or events where they can promote VYBE. It may be from a school, corporate entities, government agencies and other prospects.
• Tasked with cascading new digital channels features and capabilities of VYBE and BPI Branded Feature by conducting rollouts to their respective managed areas and actively encouraging branche...
