Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment availability and reliability by applying maintenance management systems and resources to meet production targets. Track progress and assess job outcomes.
• Oversee and inspect daily activities of subordinates, providing coaching and on-the-job training to maintain compliance with organisational maintenance standards.
