Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Charter Manager for an Aviation company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 /month + Uncapped commissions
Candidate Experience:- 4-5 years’ brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Sales or Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment
- Developed new business in your previous roles through market identification, proactive lead generation and key client management
- Analytical skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
