Our Chefs manage the Galley in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring the timely delivery of quality meals to guests and crew as per the menu plan.
What You'll Do
At least 3 years experience within a commercial kitchen.Understanding of food cost and portion control.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent personal presentation.High level of customer service and a passion for food.Experience in day to day running of a kitchen/galley.Maintain product quality, presentation, food safety and consistency.Demonstrated safe working practices mindset.Tolerance of others to work and live in a small environment for long periods of time.What You'll Bring
Qualifications Required:
Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management First Aid & CPR.Passport.Qualifications willing to obtain with us:
