Zeppo`s is an Italian restaurant based in Clyde, Melbourne. It is looking to employ a full-time chef. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Planning menus per the restaurant’s requirements, including dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana, Fritto Calamari, Grilled Atlantic Salmon (GF), Porterhouse Steak, Rib Eye Steak, Zeppo Meat Platter, etc.
- Estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies accordingly
- Discussing food preparation issues with managers and all other relevant staff
