This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a successful and growing company at one of their well run Gastro Pubs. The Gastro Pub, which is situated near Castle Howard, offers rosette standard dining in the restaurant and is also a popular wedding venue. The Gastro Pub prides itself on providing menus featuring modern British dishes made using local fresh seasonally changing ingredients which showcase the great British flavours on offer. You will be working with a committed brigade of chefs and will receive excellent training and promotion within this company.
Requirements:
This role would suit a Chef de Partie who has previous experience at a similar venue, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills gained from within fresh food kitchens.
