ARTIFICE LTD a licensed recruitment agency is looking for experienced Chef de partie/Line Cook for a gourmet restaurant in Saint Tropez, France.

Join a high-end restaurant team in Saint-Tropez for the summer season and gain international experience in a fast-paced coastal kitchen.

Key responsibilities as Chef de partie:

  • Manage and oversee specific section of the kitchen
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meets the restaurant's high standards
  • Supervise and and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work station in accordance with hygiene regulations
  • Monitor stock and assist with ordering supplies for your section
  • Communication with the head chef and sous chef

    • Starting June until end of September.
