We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Events By Benugo 

Events By Benugo at ZSL London Zoo is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team.

Our team at ZSL delivers fine dining events to a host of sites in and around Central London, as well events held here at ZSL.

The Chef de Partie candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced high end events led kitchen, an ability to consistently deliver exceptional results in keeping with a fine dining experience

We Offer:

Rate: £15.50 + depending on experience

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends

Contract: Full Time (Permanent and Seasonal Opportunities Available)

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
