• Chef: £30–32k + service charge

• Head Chef: £35–36k + service charge

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking menu items, primarily focused on meat cutting

• Supporting the Head Chef

• Managing ingredients, inventory, and kitchen hygiene

• Handling orders and plating dishes

• For Head Chef roles: overall kitchen management, menu development, and staff training
