Opportunity Description
**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a **Chef Manager** to join our food operations team at Gracedale County Home in **Nazareth, Pennsylvania** . In this hands-on role you will report to the Executive Chef. Will cook daily and oversee a team of approximately 8 culinary staff members. This is a great opportunity to grow your culinary career! This position typically follows a 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. schedule, with every other weekend coverage.
**What You'll Do**
+ oversee the daily food production serving approximately 550 skilled care residents;
+ assist with ordering and inventory management;
+ train and mentor cooks;
+ build strong client relationships while meeting the expectations of the client as well as Sodexo;
+ a strong supervisory/management skillset.
