Job Title: Cook / Chef (Economy Bee Hoon, Economy Rice & Zi Char) Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced cook to prepare and serve economy-style dishes, including breakfast bee hoon, lunch economy rice, and selected Zi Char items. The candidate will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining food quality, and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook breakfast items such as bee hoon, noodles, fried items, and simple side dishes
- Prepare and cook a variety of economy rice dishes for lunch (meat, vegetables, tofu, etc.)
- Cook selected Zi Char dishes (e.g., fried rice, fried noodles, stir-fry dishes) as required
- Plan daily menu items and ensure variety and consistency in taste and presentation
