We bring the rich, vibrant flavours of India to the heart of Bertram. We combine time-honoured recipes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to craft dishes that are bold, balanced and memorable. We are looking for a qualified and experienced chef and cook to join our business on a full-time basis.

To be considered for this position, you must:

1. Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1 year)
2. Diploma/Certificate III/IV in cookery or equivalent
3. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
4. Full time Supervisors of Food Preparation and Serving Workers
