• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to menu requirements
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain kitchen discipline
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
• Manage inventory and food supplies
• Plan menus and maintain quality standards
• Work on rotating and shift duties as scheduled

• Proven experience as a Chief Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work shift duty, weekends, and public holidays
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Relevant culinary certification is an advantage
