Reporting to the Director of Reliability, you'll manage the Powerhouse, Ammonia, HVAC, and Waste Water systems. This leadership role focuses on ensuring safety, energy optimization, and equipment reliability through effective team management and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with TSSA Act 2000 and related regulations
• Manage daily inspections of plant's critical systems
• Develop maintenance schedules and documentation
• Lead performance assessments for engineers
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Valid 2nd Class Stationary Engineer certification
• Solid history as a Chief Engineer, preferably in food manufacturing
