We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer or EOOW for a 6-week contract, starting 25 August 2025. The vessel will depart from Rotterdam and sail to the UK. This role offers the potential for an ongoing 6:6 rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain vessel machinery and engineering systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance schedules
- Report to the Master and liaise with technical shore support
- Supervise engine room crew where applicable
- EOOW or higher engineering ticket
- Relevant sea time and experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems and safety procedures
- UK right to work is essential
