Chief Financial Officer

An emerging-markets neobank providing USD-denominated banking services to customers in high-inflation, currency-volatile markets. We are building the institutional infrastructure — including pursuing a potential bank charter — and need a financially sophisticated executive to own the numbers, model the institution, and be a credible counterparty to regulators, banking partners, and our executive team.



This is an onsite position in San Francisco, CA with an appealing all cash salary and competitive benefits. This position will report to the Founders and relocation is offered, if needed.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a CFO who has lived inside a bank — not just a tech company with a finance function. You will own the financial model of an institution, sit on the Asset-Liability Committee, and be accountable for the financial integrity of a regulated entity in an emerging-markets payments business with complex risk characteristics.
