- Initial Deal Screening and Analysis.
- Financial Modelling and Valuations.
- Investment Report writing and presentation to Investment Committees.
- Review and negotiation of Legal Agreements.
- Post Investment Services.
Job Experience & Skills Required
- CA(SA).
- 8 or more years of experience in investment banking/corporate finance/private equity.
- Top notch academics.
