Chief Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a Chief Network Security Engineer to support a staff augmentation engagement with a leading Oil & Gas client, strengthening hybrid cloud and on‑prem network security.

Responsibilities

• Lead network security architecture for hybrid environments across cloud and on‑prem connectivity
• Design secure AWS networking and security controls for VPCs, routing, Security Groups, WAF, and connectivity
• Implement Azure networking security using VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and Application Gateway
• Configure and maintain firewalls, prioritizing Palo Alto and supporting Cisco ASA/Firepower where needed
• Integrate web filtering and SASE solutions such as Prisma Access to enforce secure access
• Deploy and tune load balancing solutions using F5, A10, or cloud equivalents
