ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

1. Manage and guide as well as promote and monitor the nursing team to ensure high standard of care is delivered in a safe, effective, efficient, and caring manner.
2. Organize, direct and coordinate with the other services in the Facility to ensure smooth workflow to always facilitate the continuity of safe and quality patient care; whilst achieving optimal client satisfaction.
3. Perform daily unit/ward round to:
   • Visit each patient in the wards if possible
   • Conduct random night round
   • Continue to monitor progress of patients especially post‑operative and critical patients
   • Be informed of potential litigation cases
   • Visit patient regularly following adverse event
   • Evaluate nursing care rendered
   • Advise Unit Manager/Nurse‑In‑Charge where and when necessary
   • Advise Deputy CNO/NM, unit staff on situational problems encountered on‑site
