The Role

• Medical leadership governance and coordination
• Workforce development and engagement initiatives
• Cross‑centre collaboration and operating model improvement
• Project delivery supporting Assistance medical teams
• Practical innovation and continuous improvement that enhances clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• 3–7 years’ experience in consulting, operations, chief‑of‑staff, program/project delivery or workforce development roles.
• Experience working with professional or clinical communities preferred.
• Exposure to HR, organisational development or talent initiatives is an advantage.
• Experience in international, matrixed organisations preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
