Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- 3–7 years’ experience in consulting, operations, chief‑of‑staff, program/project delivery or workforce development roles.
- Experience working with professional or clinical communities preferred.
- Exposure to HR, organisational development or talent initiatives is an advantage.
- Experience in international, matrixed organisations preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
