FRACTIONAL CHRO for Series A Scaling AI Logistics (250 people, 4-country expansion)
We're Representing: A Series A-funded AI Logistics operations platform
The Role: Fix the retention crisis and build the people function for 4-country scale. You'll design compensation framework, build manager training, create career paths, design ESOP strategy, and set up the company to scale to double its current size.
You’ll Own:
- Compensation audit and levelling framework (fix pay disparities)
- Manager training program (improve manager quality across 4 countries)
- Career pathing (engineer, operator, specialist tracks)
- Performance management and culture system
- ESOP design and allocation strategy for next funding
- Employment law compliance across 4 countries
- Executive coaching for founder and top leaders
- Hiring permanent CHRO (transition planning)
