• 60 employees across Italy, UK and India
• Clients: Tier-1 banks and primary dealers
• Core product: Sell-side OMS and trading infrastructure
• Strong backing from a major European exchange group

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the strategic counterpart on Product and Technology.
Tech Team : 30 people

You will:

• Redefine the product positioning in a competitive OMS landscape
• Build a structured, ROI-driven roadmap
• Kill non-scalable custom logic
• Modernize architecture where needed
• Build a real Product organization (hire and structure 2–3 key profiles)
• Drive margin improvement and recurring revenue growth
