Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our clients brand-new Emotional Wellbeing Assessment Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This is a full-time, permanent position with a guarentee of 160 hour per month. You must also be able to commit to one sleep in shift per week.
About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a small, supportive team. This new home provides short-term placements for up to three children and young people (ages 8-18) to help understand their needs. Your main goal will be to build trusting, nurturing relationships that promote their independence, confidence, and emotional skills.
