Shifts: 12.5 hours nights start times vary from 8pm to 10pm to meet the needs of service

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs. You will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and support that promotes positive outcomes.
