China CV/FCC EPM Leader

Program Management:

• Chair Project Readiness Reviews, Critical Projects Deep Dives and China CV/LCV Product Approval Committee to evaluate projects maturity and grant approval at key project milestones.

• Business sense / constent / business sensitive

• Local / global multiple stake holders management and influence skill. 

• Project group management skill with prioritze / Strategy thinking

• Responsible to approve New Product Opportunities in alignment with Product, Marketing and Customer Management Leadership and ensures adherence to the plan throughout the year. 

• Organize and present China CV/LCV projects dashboards to GBE Tier 4 & 5 Meetings, Local GBE PAC , China E4E PAC, Engineering ELT. 

• Coordinates BID preparation activities thru the Cost Managers and TPM enabling Customer teams to Bid with the best BOM cost to expand Material Margins.
