- Finding new buyers and negotiating to convince customers
-  FOB price’s costing
- Receiving purchase orders from customers and managing the whole process from product development, sourcing material, mass production and delivering orders to clients with an ERP program.
- Sending the specifications and materials to the factory to make sample before the factory starts to have mass production.
- Sending sample products to customers
- Participating in meetings with customers
- Contacting and working closely with vendors to maximize production capacity and following up to get customer feedbacks.
- Managing productivity, shipping volume, revenue of each factory
- Consulting the order management process to the board of directors and each department
