• Facilities Associate/Drywall, Patch & Paint Specialist EMPLOYEE TYPE: Exempt REPORTS TO: Managing Director of Facilities COLLABORATES WITH: Facilities Managers, School Management Organizations,  LOCATION: Chicago, IL    SALARY: $45,000 to $60,000/Annually   JOB OVERVIEW The Facilities Associate/Drywall, Patch, and Paint Specialist will work under the direction of the Managing Director of Facilities to perform repair, patching, finishing, and painting work in occupied school buildings.
