The CILA Support Director will be responsible for creating and maintain an atmosphere of quality, independence, fun, community and person-centered services for individuals living in a Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA).

Support and Promote CTF ILLINOIS’ Mission, Vision and Values. Ensure each individual’s rights are maintained. Implement and monitor each individual's Personal Care Plan/Implementation Strategy and ensure that staff are following as directed.
