Circles Co-Lead

Reporting to the Vice-President, the Circles Co‑Leads are responsible for advancing Lean In Vancouver’s Circles strategy and ensuring high‑quality implementation across the network. The role focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where members can connect, develop career‑enhancing skills, share perspectives, and engage with inspiring stories, while also strengthening awareness of the Lean In Vancouver brand and amplifying women’s voices in the workplace.

This role carries direct ownership of defined deliverables, with the expectation of sharing regular progress updates with the Vice-President, and occasionally with the Co‑Presidents. The successful candidate will maintain consistent engagement and momentum throughout their term; and, communicate proactively to drive programs forward, flag challenges, and seek support when needed.
