Architect, deploy, and manage Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops)
Enhance and support software distribution processes with Ivanti DSM
Oversee and optimize Microsoft Intune for effective endpoint management
Maintain a stable and high-performing workstation infrastructure
Streamline and automate deployment and configuration workflows
Provide 2nd/3rd level support and troubleshoot endpoint management issues
Lead migrations and updates for workplace services
Develop and update technical documentation, and provide training for users and IT teams
Assess emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements in workplace solutions
