Core Responsibilities: Project Engineering & Execution: Manage and execute DCS/PLC upgrade, migration, rip-and-replace projects for Honeywell's installed base. Ensure detailed and accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation. Collect site data, input gathering, and C-KOM process for project execution. Documentation & Engineering: Prepare essential project documentation, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), HDM/SDM/FDS (High-Level Design/Software Design/Functional Design Specification) documents. Interpret and engineer systems based on IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP, and other inputs. Work with DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, including hardware, engineering, and architecture. Factory & Site Coordination: Coordinate with the factory for panel manufacturing and ensure timely completion.
