Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of civil and structural plans for residential and small commercial projects
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of materials
- Conduct site inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review and check shop drawings and construction details
- Prepare progress reports and documentation
- Assist in securing permits and clearances as needed
- Perform other tasks related to design, estimation, and construction supervision
