Opportunity Description
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our client in Cape Town that will handle technical tasks in the civil engineering field. For these tasks, they will typically report to the department manager, technical director, or project leader.
Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for various aspects of township engineering design, which include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Design of civil engineering services
- Assist in investigating alternative solutions to problems
- Help compile technical reports
- Manage project staff, including drafting personnel
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and measurement of quantities
- Support the preparation of contract documentation
