**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Summary:** Generally responsible for performing engineering task to support the complete design of small and large civil engineering projects using theoretical knowledge and practical design methods. This work will be performed under general supervision at our office in Decatur, AL. **Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**

+ Familiarity with and utilizing department design and drafting standards
+ Familiarity with project scope, specifications, and design criteria upon assignment to a project task team
+ Produce medium complex, complete design calculations and assignments
+ Produce reports for client and/or regulatory agencies
+ Provide design assistance on larger and more complex assignments
