Responsibilities At the full performance level, the primary duties of this position are: Plans, schedules, coordinates, and conducts engineering facility examinations, reviews, and/or inspections which include conducting condition assessments and transfer inspections. Identifies deficiencies relative to design criteria, applicable codes and standards, or state and/or federal statutes or regulations. Calculates preliminary estimates for repairs, coordinating with internal and external partners, and documents findings in written reports.
