Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the site labour force and subcontractors to ensure efficient and compliant work execution
- Resolve site-related technical problems promptly to maintain project progress and safety standards
- Report project progress clearly and regularly to management for informed decision‑making
- Coordinate site activities with operations, site managers, and supervisors to align work efforts and schedules
- Review and approve Risk Assessments to ensure all project risks are identified and mitigated
- Organize and lead safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance on site
- Collaborate with operation managers, site managers, and personnel to identify and address work risks proactively
